Delaware County Board of Supervisors Announces Public Hearings on Various Local Laws

The Delaware County Board of Supervisors has announced a series of public hearings on various local laws and issues.

"Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Delaware County Board of Supervisors on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at 1:10 p.m.," stated an announcement. All individuals interested in addressing the proposed local law are encouraged to attend and speak at the designated time and location.

In another notice, the Board of Supervisors informed the public about a scheduled Public Hearing on November 10, 2021, regarding salary increases for Delaware County officers.

Furthermore, a public hearing is set to take place on November 22, 2022, concerning the 2023 Tentative Budget.

The Board also issued a notice about a public hearing for Local Law Intro. No. 15 of 2021, which aims to establish the 'Delaware County Animal Abuser Registry' to protect animals from abuse.

Additionally, a 30-day period has been allocated for the public review of Agricultural District #2 in several towns within Delaware County.

Moreover, the Delaware County Agricultural Districts Annual Enrollment Opportunity has been announced for interested parties.
